Chief Executive Officer for a Medical Marijuana Company. In April 2016, Pennsylvania legalized marijuana for medical use. I joined the Company in January 2017 as an investor, and to lead the effort to apply for a medical marijuana permit. On July 31, 2028, Whole Plants Health was awarded one of the 25 Grower/Processor permits issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Health. On April 20, 2020, Whole Plants Health sold its first marijuana products to the patients of Pennsylvania.
Whole Plants Health grows many different strains of marijuana in its Lebanon facility and processes the plant material into various forms of medical marijuana, including oils, pills, waxes, balms, tinctures, nasal spray, and leaf products.
Prior to the CEO role at Whole Plants Health, I was an Investment Banker with a plethora of transaction experience. Originated and Closed more than $75 Billion of transactions in the Debt and Equity Capital Markets. Led teams of more than 50 investment bankers providing superior client service. Focus is raising capital for large transportation and infrastructure projects.
