Founded NUMBERS Accounting in 2009 to provide specialized tax and financial services to clients operating in complex, regulated industries — with a primary focus on the Michigan and U.S. medical cannabis sector.
My client base includes forward-looking operators who require precision in tax strategy, financial reporting, and regulatory navigation. My service mix is focused on delivering compliance-forward financial systems for state-licensed cannabis operators and other businesses in high-risk regulatory environments.

- Originated the strategic argument behind the first IRS-approved Offer-in-Compromise for a cannabis business, later validated by tax counsel
- Built pre-licensure compliance frameworks that helped secure some of Michigan’s first licensed
cannabis facility approvals
- Led financial preparation and compliance efforts for over 70 state-mandated audit engagements in high-risk industries, managing documentation and reporting to meet regulatory oversight standards
